Bank holiday weekend is time for us to pause. I usually find myself very excited for Easter weekend, there is usually so much for us to reflect on. 

I must admit I am a avid fan of hot cross buns! I am not even sure why, but I could eat them all day long. I saw a post from French Family Food the other day on Instagram and she discussed the proliferation of so many different types and flavours that you can get these days. I am a classic hot cross bun girl at heart and although I am happy to try new things (yes this is contradictory) I will stick to my favourites. Although I am quite partial to apple and cinnamon too, so I might give those a try if I see some. Have a lovely weekend!
